VeEmu PG-3BIS is a non-ionic water-in-oil(W/O) emulsifier, PEG-free, good emulsification, green and safe; provides moisturizing and nourishing effects on the skin. Suitable for anhydrous makeup, waterproof sunscreen products, baby skincare products.
Applications
Creams, toiletries, baby cosmetics and other personal and household chemical products.
Recommended dosage:
Leave-on cosmetics: 1.0-3.0%
Rinse-off cosmetics: 1.0-3.0%
