VeThick E6 is supplied as a low-viscosity liquid. As an amphiphilic polymer, it swells rapidly upon neutralization of its aqueous solution with alkali, demonstrating excellent suspension stabilization. This product is designed to formulate light-textured emulsions with an airy and fresh skin feel, making it particularly suitable for oil-in-water (O/W) sunscreen products.

Application

Suitable for various oil-in-water emulsion systems, providing good stabilizing effects.

Recommended dosage: 2-5%

How to use:

Premix VeThick E6 with water at a ratio of 1:2 (or more water). After emulsification is complete, add the mixture to the system and stir evenly at medium to low speed (homogenization is not recommended). Then neutralize with an alkaline solution to adjust the pH to neutral or weakly alkaline (the pH can be readjusted later based on product requirements).

This product will suffer irreversible damage upon freezing. Protect it from weathering, store at 5-40°C, and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, the packaging should be resealed immediately after use. Under recommended storage conditions, the product should be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
